Project Description

We worked with a major British retail and commercial bank with branches across England and Wales.

The Brief

To upgrade the TeamSite system that has performed code management and deployment for the bank since 2001. The platform looks after hundreds of business critical applications and is fully transactional in how it deploys updates to the applications.

The challenges include:

  • Very busy critical systems

  • Hundreds of users

  • Old code base which needed upgrading

The Solution

Little Forest Consultancy worked to create a project plan and functional system design to capture all stakeholders and requirements.

The programme of work was completed once the last application branch had been upgraded.

The Outcome

The entirely upgraded TeamSite platform was now:

  • In vendor support

  • Using a modern code base

  • Featuring improved workflow to meet further business needs
