Eversheds is a British multinational law firm headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It is one of the 50 largest law firms in the world measured by revenues.

In 2009/10 it achieved total revenues of £355.2 million, making it the ninth-largest UK-based law firm by this measurement, and profits per equity partner of £517,000.

It employs around 1,220 lawyers and around 1,745 other staff in 45 offices in major cities across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

The Brief

Eversheds wanted to update their CMS because it cannot handle the ever expanding staff and campaigns that are constantly being used. They wanted to speed up the process so everything will be done fast and efficiently.

The Solution

Little Forest quickly worked on the CMS. By upgrading and debugging it, the platform becomes so efficient and easy to use.

Little Forest trained all of the business and technical users in understanding all the new and advanced features of the platform.

We advised on the Best Practices in terms of complex technical integration and architectures relevant to Autonomy. Little Forest helped to design all of the key cornerstones of the new platform and gave our expert recommendations on each aspect of the solution.

The Outcome

The project ran for 3 months from November to February and has been in Production for over 4 weeks now with 100% uptime and average response times of under 800ms for the home page.

The new platform boasts the latest software from HP Autonomy and supports over 30 countries globally.
